Great Minds is a high-growth, mission-driven organization focused on providing meaningful educational content. They are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for their Literacy team, ensuring that curricula resonate with educators and decision-makers while driving engagement and product use.
Responsibilities:
- Build go-to-market strategies that capture market share for existing and new programs in the Literacy portfolio
- Partner with Market Research, Sales, and Success to capture, synthesize, and elevate voice-of-customer and voice-of-market insights
- Develop customer segmentation models to inform targeting, positioning, and bundling strategies
- Partner with the product team to align roadmap priorities with customer needs and adoption cycles
- Translate product attributes into clear value propositions, differentiated positioning, and customer-centric, benefit-driven messaging
- Support development of pricing strategies and bundles that align with market demand and organizational goals
- Ensure consistency of messaging across sales, marketing, and customer-facing channels
- Develop and deliver sales training, competitive analyses, product overviews, and collateral to ensure sales teams can effectively position programs
- Provide strategic guidance and support for key sales opportunities
- Design and execute strategies that increase customer engagement, product usage, and opportunities for renewal
Requirements:
- 7+ years' experience in product marketing-related roles, edtech highly preferred
- Demonstrated experience in product messaging, go-to-market strategy, and customer segmentation
- Experience developing print and digital sales enablement tools (collateral, sampling strategies, etc)
- Experience marketing to both prospective and current customers
- Collaborative mindset with ability to influence across functions
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree
