Project Management Lead

R1 RCM is the leading provider of technology-driven solutions that transform the patient experience and financial performance of hospitals. The Project Management Lead will drive and deliver complex Revenue Cycle Management initiatives, leading multiple projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing multiple RCM-focused projects simultaneously while ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic initiatives
• Developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
• Building out a program for global visits, including a checklist and monitoring, and managing multiple projects concurrently
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver project outcomes on time and within scope
• Monitoring project progress, identifying risks or issues, and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful completion
• Driving continuous improvement by conducting post-project evaluations and applying lessons learned to future initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
• Minimum of 4 years of project management experience, preferably within the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) industry
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects concurrently
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
