Responsibilities:
- Work with individuals and families who have requested information
- Conduct virtual conversations via Zoom or phone
- Follow a service-first, consultative process
- Learn and apply company systems and tools
- Participate in ongoing training and development
- Build long-term client and team relationships
Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is helpful but not required
