LTVplus is a remote-first company focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences for brands globally. They are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Agent (Billing) to manage billing information, respond to customer inquiries, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities:
- Process and manage billing information with accuracy and efficiency
- Review billing transactions to ensure completeness and correctness
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing, account statements, and charges
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations
Requirements:
- 2–3 years in billing
- Proficiency in Zendesk
- Quick to learn and adapt to new systems, tools, and processes in a fast-paced setting
- Able to identify discrepancies in billing or account information and implement effective solutions
- Highly detail-oriented with strong accuracy in reviewing financial data and transactions
- Capable of working autonomously while managing complex processes efficiently
- Professional and clear in handling customer inquiries and providing explanations
- A reliable computer (at least with an i5 processor), a stable high-speed internet connection and back up for both
- A quiet, cozy workspace to handle calls and chats like a pro
- Flexible with work schedule
- Experience in a BPO or customer service environment
