Call Quest Solution is seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences. The ideal candidate will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into seamless user journeys and visually compelling interfaces.
Responsibilities:
- Design user-centric experiences for web and mobile applications
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and consistency
- Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI components
- Improve usability, accessibility, and overall user experience
- Translate complex requirements into simple, intuitive design solutions
- Support implementation by providing clear design specifications and assets
Requirements:
- 3–6+ years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs
- Strong understanding of usability, accessibility, and responsive design principles
- Experience working in Agile or cross-functional product teams
- Experience designing SaaS, enterprise, or consumer-facing applications
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Familiarity with analytics-driven design and A/B testing
