They are seeking a highly skilled Senior AWS DevOps Engineer to design, develop, and maintain cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalable and secure operations while collaborating with development teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and optimize cloud architecture.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure on AWS
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes for SaaS applications
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to provision and manage cloud resources
- Configure and optimize Kubernetes clusters, including EKS, to support containerized applications
- Automate workflows and deployment strategies using GitOps principles and tools like Argo CD
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure best practices for cloud security, compliance, and performance
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure issues to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability
- Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and industry best practices to recommend improvements
- Participate in planning and architecture discussions to support product development and scaling efforts
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, or similar role with a focus on AWS cloud services
- Strong expertise in AWS DevOps tools and services, including EKS, EC2, S3, CloudFormation, and related services
- Extensive experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform
- Hands-on experience with container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes and EKS
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation using tools such as Argo CD, Octopus, or similar
- Knowledge of GitOps methodologies and best practices
- Experience working with SaaS products in a startup environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills, solutions-focused mindset, and ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
