Confidential Jobs is seeking a Healthcare Self Perform Electrical Project Manager to lead large-scale hospital projects with precision and technical depth. The role involves managing electrical scopes in various healthcare facilities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and delivering high-reliability installations.
Responsibilities:
- Electrical scopes on hospitals, medical campuses, surgical towers, imaging centers, and critical‑care facilities
- Medium‑voltage distribution (15kV/35kV), emergency power plants, ATS lineups, and paralleling gear
- Live cutovers, phased commissioning, and work inside active facilities
- Self‑perform electrical teams delivering high‑reliability installations
- Compliance with NEC, NFPA 70/70E, NFPA 99, ASHE, ICRA, and ILSM
Requirements:
- 7+ years Electrical Project Manager experience in healthcare construction
- Background with self‑perform electrical contractors (not GC‑only)
- Experience managing large‑scale or hyperscale healthcare electrical projects
- $40M–$150M+ electrical scopes
- Multi‑tower hospitals or campus expansions
- Strong understanding of critical‑care systems, emergency power redundancy, and hospital operations
- Ability to lead teams, manage risk, and deliver work in compliance‑heavy environments
