Agility Technologies Inc delivers modern technology solutions for mission-driven organizations, and they are seeking a Cloud Engineer to support the technical design and implementation of a cloud-based eLearning ecosystem. The role involves leading the design and implementation of cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability and security while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Lead cloud architecture design and implementation for a scalable eLearning ecosystem
- Build and maintain secure cloud infrastructure supporting Salesforce and enterprise integrations
- Develop and maintain architecture design documentation, diagrams, and technical runbooks
- Implement and enforce configuration control, change management, and operational best practices
- Support integrations across internal and external subsystems using secure cloud patterns
- Collaborate with engineering, integration, and program stakeholders to ensure end-to-end platform performance
- Apply cybersecurity best practices to cloud deployments and system operations
- Ensure platform scalability, availability, and maintainability in a multi-system environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering, cloud operations, or cloud infrastructure delivery
- Experience designing and implementing cloud infrastructure for enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of secure cloud architecture and operational best practices
- Ability to create and maintain technical architecture documentation and design drawings
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must be eligible for and capable of obtaining a U.S. Government security clearance
- Must be currently residing in the United States
- Must be willing to travel occasionally to Washington, DC for in-person meetings
- AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud certification (Associate or Professional level)
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) such as: Terraform, AWS Cloud Formation
- Experience supporting or integrating with Salesforce (CRM/CMS/Experience Cloud) in an enterprise environment
- Familiarity with multi-cloud or hybrid architectures
