Full Stack Engineer

TSV Consulting LLC is partnering with a late-stage Healthcare Technology startup in the PBM space to hire a hands-on Full Stack Engineer who thrives in fast-moving, product-focused environments. In this role, you’ll diagnose complex issues across the stack, optimize database performance, manage caching strategies, and contribute to building a scalable, high-performing application.

Responsibilities:

• Feature development, troubleshooting, and debugging
• Database optimization and writing efficient stored procedures
• Cache management and performance tuning

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of hands-on experience in software troubleshooting, debugging, database optimization, and cache management
• Expertise in Kendo UI, JavaScript, Azure Cloud, SQL, and stored procedures
• Strong ability to write complex SQL queries for problem-solving at the database layer
• Experience in Healthcare Tech or PBM domain
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve performance-related issues
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-growth startup setting
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset
• A background in Healthcare Tech or PBM is strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, related field, or equivalent experience preferred
