IT Process Engineer

CommonSpirit Health is building a healthier future for all through its integrated health services. As an IT Process Engineer, you will analyze, design, and optimize IT processes, driving efficiency and improving the quality of IT service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced processes, systems, and technologies to improve efficiency, quality, and safety
• Conduct detailed process analysis, including process modeling, simulation, and optimization, to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
• Collaborate with R&D teams to translate new product designs and concepts into scalable processes, ensuring reliability and cost-effectiveness
• Design quality assurance procedures for process validation, qualification, and optimization, adhering to regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute process improvement projects, from conception to implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and project milestones
• Identify and evaluate emerging technologies, materials, and methodologies to enhance process capabilities, reduce cycle times, and improve product performance

Requirements:

• Bachelors in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Healthcare or related field or Minimum 5-7 Years of Experience
• Google Product Suite Experience
• Proven experience in business process analysis, process improvement, and project management, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment
• PMP and experience with ServiceNow is preferred
