Huntress is a fully remote cybersecurity company focused on breaking down barriers to cybersecurity. They are seeking a Staff Product Manager to craft a new Endpoint Security Posture Management product, collaborating directly with leadership to shape its development and market introduction.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for crafting a visionary product roadmap for a new Endpoint Security Posture Management product, initially focusing on Application Control features, and bringing it to market
- Own the strategy and roadmap of the product. You will collaborate closely with company founders, engineering teams, and design teams to execute on the strategy from conception through launch and beyond
- Be the intermediary between our Product/Engineering organization and the rest of the business for the product. You will communicate highly technical concepts into easily understood stories for non-technical audiences. You will also identify and translate non-technical business and customer problems into actionable items to execute
- Collect customer feedback using surveys, interviews, and direct conversations. Assess the feedback to identify patterns and areas for product improvement. Turn customer needs into applicable requirements for new product features
- Lead and drive momentum in cross-functional team meetings to ensure projects stay on track. Foster a collaborative environment and remove obstacles that impede team progress
- Collaborate closely with our Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Identity Threat Detection and Response (ITDR), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), and Platform product teams to identify cross-product opportunities
Requirements:
- 6+ years in product management within the cybersecurity industry
- 3+ years in developing or managing B2B cybersecurity products with an emphasis on application control and/or secure configuration management
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to bring new products to market
- Track record of developing and executing on innovative roadmaps and product strategies
- In-depth knowledge of endpoint security, application control, and/or secure configuration management
- Experience using or building Application Control products
- Prior experience or skills in System Administration
- Demonstrated ability to influence product direction through stakeholder engagement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to break down complex concepts into understandable messaging in a variety of formats (e.g., one-pagers, presentations, demonstration videos, etc.)
- Strong emotional intelligence and collaboration skills
