They are seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the firm’s services and projects
- Create engaging marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content, aligned with the firm’s branding guidelines
- Manage the firm’s social media accounts, develop content calendars, and engage with online audiences to increase visibility
- Coordinate and support participation in industry events, conferences, and community outreach initiatives
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with the design team to produce visual content that highlights the firm’s projects and achievements
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Assist with proposal development, client presentations, and other business development activities
- Maintain and update the firm’s website and online profiles to ensure accuracy and relevance
- Support internal communications and branding efforts to foster a cohesive company culture
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related discipline
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably within the architecture, engineering, construction (AEC), or design industries
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative design abilities
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Familiarity with Canva and social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
