Quality Engineer

They are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Attorney to manage a diverse caseload, develop case strategies, and represent clients in various civil actions. Responsibilities:

• Manage and litigate a varied caseload from inception to resolution, including case assessment, strategy development, and trial preparation
• Draft and file substantive pleadings, motions, and legal documents aligned with case objectives
• Take and defend depositions, conduct legal research, and collaborate with staff, investigators, and experts on discovery and fact-finding efforts
• Engage in settlement negotiations, alternative dispute resolution, and pursue resolutions through motions for summary judgment, mediation, or trial
• Maintain effective communication with clients, providing updates and legal advice throughout the case lifecycle
• Stay current on legal developments relevant to practice areas and ensure compliance with all procedural requirements

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in California
• Minimum of 3-5 years of litigation experience, particularly in civil rights, employment law, tort, or related areas
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
• Excellent oral advocacy capabilities
• Proven track record of managing complex cases
