Cresta is on a mission to revolutionize the workforce with AI, focusing on enhancing contact center capabilities through their platform. They are seeking a Platform Product Manager to own and evolve their Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities, ensuring security and usability for enterprise customers.
Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the IAM product area end-to-end, including authentication, user management, access control models (e.g., RBAC), organizational administration (e.g., hierarchies / delegated admin), and audit log
- Define and maintain the roadmap and backlogs for your ownership areas, balancing immediate enterprise needs with longer-term platform goals
- Partner with security and engineering to plan, prioritize, and deliver improvements with a focus on reliability and enterprise readiness
- Work with Solution Architects and implementation teams to ensure IAM capabilities are practical to deploy, integrate, and operate in real-world enterprise environments
- Support integrations with enterprise systems used for access control and provisioning (e.g., HRIS, CCaaS, ITSM, identity providers)
- Operate effectively across multiple parallel workstreams, making clear product decisions as priorities evolve
- Ensure capabilities are clearly understood and usable by customer-facing teams, including guidance on configuration and operational considerations
- Contribute to the evolution of shared platform capabilities beyond IAM as priorities emerge, in partnership with other Product Managers
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in product management or a deeply technical role (e.g., software engineer, solutions architecture, technical program management), with experience driving product decisions and delivery
- A strong technical foundation, either through a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or adjacent major), or meaningful hands-on experience building real systems
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and customer-facing teams on technical products
- Experience working with enterprise administration or access-related systems, such as user management, permissions, authentication, provisioning, or HRIS-integrated workflows
- Ability to reason about systems design at a conceptual level, understanding how authentication flows, APIs, and access models work at a high level
- Strong product judgment and comfort engaging in detailed technical discussions with engineers and security partners
- Familiarity with enterprise security or audit concepts (e.g., least privilege, audit logs, access governance)
- Exposure to IAM concepts such as OAuth, SAML, SCIM, OIDC, RBAC, or SSO flows
- Experience integrating with enterprise systems (e.g., HRIS, ITSM, CCaaS platforms) from a user management or provisioning perspective
- Exposure to organizational or team hierarchy models and delegated administration
- Interest in building reliable, observable platform services used by enterprise customers
