StealthWatch is a cloud security start-up vendor looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to shape their digital strategy. This role involves leading digital marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, growth, and user engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Digital Strategy: Lead the end-to-end digital marketing strategy, from brand awareness and lead generation to customer engagement and retention
- SEO Leadership: Drive and implement our SEO strategy to increase organic visibility, web traffic, and lead generation. Conduct thorough keyword research, optimize on-page content, and manage backlink-building efforts
- Content Marketing: Partner with content writers and designers to create high-quality, engaging content (blogs, webinars, whitepapers) that aligns with our brand voice and improves search visibility
- Paid Advertising: Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (PPC, display ads, retargeting) to amplify brand presence and generate qualified leads
- Analytics & Reporting: Set up and manage analytics dashboards, monitor KPIs, and report on performance metrics. Provide actionable insights to improve the ROI of marketing campaigns
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Work closely with product and sales teams to optimize user journeys and drive conversions, from landing pages to forms and call-to-action buttons
Requirements:
- Digital marketing expertise with a focus on scaling start-ups
- Experience in developing and executing digital marketing strategies
- Proven SEO leadership skills with experience in keyword research and on-page optimization
- Strong content marketing experience, including collaboration with writers and designers
- Experience in planning and managing paid advertising campaigns (PPC, display ads, retargeting)
- Ability to set up and manage analytics dashboards and monitor KPIs
- Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and optimizing user journeys
