Nexus Consulting is seeking experienced Electronics Engineers to contribute their expertise as AI Trainers in a fully remote environment. In this role, you will apply your knowledge of electronic systems, circuit design, and materials science to support the development and refinement of advanced AI models.
Responsibilities:
- Research, design, develop, and evaluate electronic components and systems for commercial, industrial, scientific, aerospace, telecommunications, or defense-related applications
- Apply advanced knowledge of electronic theory, circuit design, and materials properties to inform AI training data and system improvements
- Utilize CAD and computer-assisted engineering tools to review and validate electronic system designs
- Analyze complex engineering scenarios and translate them into structured feedback for AI model development
- Review technical documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, and engineering integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine AI understanding of electronics workflows and best practices
- Contribute to continuous improvement of AI systems through detailed problem analysis and expert insights
- Mentor AI systems by evaluating outputs and guiding performance refinement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics Engineering or a closely related discipline (excluding computer engineering)
- Strong foundation in circuit design, electronic theory, and materials science
- Proficiency with CAD software and computer-assisted engineering tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong technical documentation abilities
- Proven problem-solving capabilities in complex electronics environments
- Experience coordinating projects and collaborating in remote, cross-functional teams
- Comfort working independently in a structured, technology-driven environment
- Experience in RF engineering, RFID systems, or signal processing
- Background in aerospace, telecommunications, military electronics, or research and development environments
- Prior involvement in AI training, technical mentoring, or engineering education initiatives
