Network Engineer

They are seeking a highly motivated Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage commercial construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Managing all phases of commercial construction projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery while adhering to safety and regulatory standards
• Supervising and coordinating the work of subcontractors, tradespeople, and site personnel to maintain high productivity and quality standards
• Conducting daily site inspections to monitor progress, enforce safety protocols, and promptly resolve any issues
• Overseeing the procurement and utilization of equipment and materials, ensuring resources are used efficiently and delivered on schedule
• Acting as the main point of contact between field operations and project management, maintaining clear, consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Upholding construction best practices, ensuring compliance with building codes, and fostering a safety-first culture on-site

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent within commercial or industrial construction environments
• A comprehensive understanding of construction methods, safety protocols, and building codes
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical documents
• Experience using project management software and scheduling tools
• A track record of maintaining safety standards and delivering projects on schedule
• Excellent interpersonal skills to coordinate with subcontractors, tradespeople, and project stakeholders effectively
• OSHA certification
