Software Engineer

Fullsteam is a leading provider of vertical software and embedded payments technology dedicated to helping businesses flourish. As a Software Engineer at PEAK 15, you will contribute to designing and developing front-end and back-end solutions, collaborating with product managers and designers to build applications that enhance user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and Maintain Applications: Implement front-end and back-end code, database scripts, and assist with production maintenance tasks
• Collaborate with Team Members: Work with product managers, UI designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions
• Production Support: Help monitor and support production systems as part of the team
• Learn and Apply DevOps Practices: Participate in testing and risk management, and contribute ideas for improving technology and processes
• Application Modernization: Support efforts to update applications from .NET 4.7.2 to .NET 8 Core

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2–6 years of experience in software development, including exposure to front-end and back-end technologies
• Basic proficiency in C#, web UI frameworks (Razor or React), and MSSQL
• Ability and desire to develop skills with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)
• Familiarity with web UI frameworks (Razor or React)
• Interest in learning cloud technologies like Azure
• Ability to work through challenges with guidance and collaborate effectively with the team
• Comfortable working in an Agile environment and participating in team activities
• Clear and professional communication skills for working with cross-functional teams
