About this role
Vexra Engineering is an HR consultancy firm that assists candidates in matching with potential roles using an Artificial Intelligence System. They are seeking an Electrical Engineering Summer Intern to analyze, design, debug and test digital and analog circuits, as well as perform impedance matching and capture schematics using design software.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze, design, debug and test digital and analog circuits with limited complexity
- Perform impedance matching of radio frequency circuits and antennas
- Capture schematics and design PCBs using Altium Designer
- Simulate hardware circuits in PSPICE, Electronic Workbench or HFSS
- Write design specifications and test reports
- Perform bench testing of designs
Requirements:
- Analyze, design, debug and test digital and analog circuits with limited complexity
- Perform impedance matching of radio frequency circuits and antennas
- Capture schematics and design PCBs using Altium Designer
- Simulate hardware circuits in PSPICE, Electronic Workbench or HFSS
- Write design specifications and test reports
- Perform bench testing of designs
- Currently earning a degree in Electrical Engineering
- Experience with MS Office tools
- Experience with electrical test equipment such as oscilloscope, power supply, signal generator, spectrum analyzer or network analyzer
- Experience with LabVIEW test automation software
- Soldering skills
- Experience with simulation software such as PSPICE, Electronic Work Bench, HFSS, and ADS
