HYR Global Source Inc is seeking a highly experienced Oracle HCM Lead Project Manager with strong functional Oracle HCM expertise to lead a full-scale Oracle Fusion HCM implementation. The role requires exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills while guiding HR stakeholders through system design decisions, process transformation, and integration strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM implementation from initiation through go-live and stabilization
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans including timelines, resource allocation, milestones, and dependencies
- Act as Oracle HCM functional SME guiding HR business teams through:
- Core HR design decisions
- Payroll configuration
- Integration design with ADP Payroll
- Process transformation initiatives
- Oversee and manage third-party vendors and system integrators
- Identify and proactively manage risks, issues, action items, and decision logs
- Ensure on-time and within-budget delivery of all project phases
- Lead change management efforts and organizational adoption initiatives
- Track and manage project financials and scope changes through structured change control processes
- Prepare executive-level status reports and present updates to Program Leadership
Requirements:
- 15+ years of overall Project Management experience
- 5+ years as an Oracle HCM Project Manager
- Prior hands-on experience as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant (EBS HRMS or Fusion HCM)
- Strong expertise in Core HR
- Strong expertise in Payroll
- ADP Payroll Integration (Required)
- Strong expertise in HCM Integrations
- Proven experience managing end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations
- Strong executive-level communication skills
- Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM functional architecture
- Expertise in ADP Payroll integration design and payroll data synchronization
- Strong knowledge of HCM data structures and integration dependencies
- Experience with business process transformation and redesign
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to lead strategic Oracle initiatives across the organization
- Strong organizational change management leadership
- Recognized subject matter expert in Oracle HCM implementation
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levels
