Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the company's goals and branding guidelines
- Create engaging content for various channels including social media, website, email campaigns, and print materials
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence, ensuring consistent branding and messaging
- Design and produce marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and digital assets using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
- Coordinate and support events, webinars, and outreach initiatives to promote the company's services and expertise
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities for growth
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies to improve engagement and ROI
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all platforms
- Assist in the management of marketing budgets, timelines, and project deliverables
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance marketing efforts
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related discipline
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, with a preference for experience in the AEC industry or design-oriented fields
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Familiarity with Canva and social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a creative approach to content development
- Strong graphic design skills are a plus, enabling the creation of visually appealing marketing materials
- Experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing strategies
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders, with excellent organizational and project management skills
- Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, supported by research skills and problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines
