Envision Technology Solutions is seeking a forward-thinking Senior AI Engineer to architect and deploy intelligent systems powered by Large Language Models and advanced strategies. The ideal candidate will design and implement RAG pipelines, integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications, and ensure model reliability and ethical compliance across deployments.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement RAG pipelines using hybrid search (vector, keyword, semantic ranking, metadata enrichment)
- Apply chunking strategies (fixed size, recursive, semantic, agentic) to optimize document segmentation
- Fine-tune and evaluate LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, Ollama) for QA, summarization, NER, sentiment analysis
- Build multi-agentic systems for enterprise AI workflows
- Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise apps using Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Search, Azure Functions, Power Automate
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions
- Ensure model reliability, performance, and ethical compliance across deployments
Requirements:
- 12–17 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer (.NET + React)
- 2–4 years in Generative AI / RAG systems
- Proficiency in Azure AI Studio, Azure Cognitive Services, VectorDBs (Pinecone, FAISS)
- Expertise in chunking techniques, embeddings, prompt engineering, model evaluation
- Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Docker, CI/CD pipelines)
- Mandatory: Agentic Systems and Multi‑Agent Orchestration
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Experience with SDLC lifecycle management
- Partner/client communication expertise
