Fully Remote - Oracle HCM Project Manager

HYR Global Source Inc is seeking a senior Oracle HCM Project Manager to lead an enterprise Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and guide HR transformation initiatives. The role involves managing project plans, overseeing integration strategies, and driving change management efforts while presenting updates to executive leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation through go-live and stabilization
• Serve as functional SME for Core HR, Payroll, and ADP payroll integration
• Develop project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies
• Guide HR stakeholders on system design, payroll configuration, and process transformation
• Manage system integrators and third-party vendors
• Oversee integration strategy and data synchronization across HCM systems
• Drive change management and organizational adoption efforts
• Track project financials, scope changes, and executive reporting
• Present status updates to executive leadership and program stakeholders

Requirements:

• 15+ years of project management experience
• 5+ years managing Oracle HCM implementations
• Prior experience as Oracle HCM Functional Consultant (EBS HRMS or Fusion HCM)
• Strong expertise in Core HR, Payroll, HCM integrations, and ADP payroll integration
• Proven success delivering enterprise Oracle Fusion HCM implementations
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience leading business process transformation initiatives
• Experience managing enterprise-wide HR transformation programs
• Strong knowledge of HCM data architecture and integration dependencies
• Change management leadership experience
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
