Wilcore Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Mid-level Product Manager to drive the development and success of their products. The role involves defining product vision and strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and making data-driven decisions to enhance product value and user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to stakeholders and development teams
- Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements through market research, user feedback, and data analysis
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate product requirements into detailed specifications and user stories
- Manage the product lifecycle from concept through launch, including planning releases and coordinating cross-functional activities
- Monitor product performance metrics and user engagement to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support product positioning
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency
- Conduct competitive analysis and stay informed about industry trends to anticipate market shifts and innovate accordingly
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in product management or a related role within a technology-driven environment
- Proven ability to manage product lifecycle and deliver successful products to market
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related discipline
- Experience with data analytics tools and techniques to drive product decisions
- Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles and customer journey mapping
- Background in software development or technical knowledge relevant to the product domain
- Certification in Product Management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, Pragmatic Institute)
