The role involves owning the content strategy and creative output across all external channels, ensuring clear communication of complex AI capabilities to various audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Build and Own the Content Engine• Design and execute a multi-channel content strategy across LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, web, and supporting formats
- Establish publishing cadence and recurring formats that compound audience over time
- Audit existing channels and identify gaps, opportunities, and priorities
- Ensure consistent presence and messaging across all external touchpoints
- Develop Narrative and Strategic Messaging• Translate complex AI capabilities into clear, compelling communication for executive audiences
- Create and maintain a coherent brand voice across formats and platforms
- Partner directly with the CEO and revenue leadership to align messaging with real market needs
- Continuously refine positioning based on feedback, engagement data, and market response
- Direct Creative Production• Develop scripts, storyboards, and creative briefs for video and visual content
- Guide internal or external production resources to deliver high-quality outputs efficiently
- Maintain strict visual and tonal consistency across all assets
- Balance speed of production with high standards for quality
- Drive Engagement and Measurable Impact• Track performance across channels and optimize content based on real metrics
- Focus on outcomes such as audience growth, engagement quality, traffic, and inbound interest
- Develop systems for reporting and continuous improvement
- Support sales enablement through decks, visual materials, and narrative assets
- Own Digital Presence• Contribute to website messaging, structure, and content
- Ensure alignment between social content, site content, and sales materials
- Maintain coherence across all public-facing communications
