Thrive is a rapidly growing technology solutions provider focusing on Cloud, Cyber Security, Networking, Disaster Recovery and Managed Services. The Salesforce Developer plays a vital role in designing, developing, and maintaining custom Salesforce solutions to enhance internal GTM processes and support revenue operations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement custom Salesforce solutions, including Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components
- Collaborate across RevOps, IT, Sales, and Marketing teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Maintain and enhance Salesforce integrations with other GTM tools and data sources
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with governance standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing ongoing support and enhancements
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and best practices to recommend improvements
- Balance and focus on priorities, working in development sprints rather than ad hoc
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and third-party applications
- Strong understanding of GTM processes and revenue operations
- Certified Salesforce Developer
- Experience working for companies where multiple apps were integrated into Salesforce
