Vinoshipper is an e-commerce platform for the wine, cider, sake, and mead industries, dedicated to providing excellent customer service. The role involves managing customer inquiries through an online ticketing system, focusing on issues such as order damages, returns, and general customer support.
Responsibilities:
- Experience working with CRMs and multiple online platforms simultaneously
- High proficiency in Excel including data review, transfer, and manipulation
- Skilled problem-solver and multitasker, thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised and/or remotely, strong time-management
- Excellent communication skills, an aptitude for sales & dedication to customer satisfaction
- Patient, kind, open communicator
- Willingness to participate in on-the-job training. Be willing to learn and grow from mistakes
- Experience working at a winery is a plus!
