The Software Engineering Intern role is a learning opportunity where the intern will participate in writing code, conducting code reviews, and working with cross-functional teams to develop software solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Work with mentors and team members to learn the process of fixing bugs and creating new features
- Learn to work within the Agile Scrum methodology
- Learn to conduct meaningful code reviews
- Work with cross-functional teams such as Product Strategists and Quality Engineers
- Testing and validation of completed work under the guidance of your mentor
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology fields
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, or a similar programming language
- Experience or prior project work in any front-end framework such as React, Angular, or Vue
- Experience or project work in building APIs
- Understanding of database concepts and SQL
- Some knowledge of Cloud solutions such as AWS or Azure
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Maintain a self-starter mindset
- Past work experience
