Full Stack Engineer

Intelligems is a profit growth platform focused on helping e-commerce businesses succeed by providing A/B testing and personalization tools. The Full Stack Engineer will contribute to various aspects of the platform, including feature development and user flow design, while collaborating closely with a lean team and understanding customer perspectives.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to any and every aspect of our stack
• Add new functionality to the core experimentation capabilities of the platform
• Design and implement a new integration
• Rework complicated user flows
• Work closely with non-technical roles like sales, support, and success teams
• Take on features that are meaningful in impact with input from teammates
• Tackle increasingly complex and ambiguous problems
• Figure out implementation details from schema and API design to UI polish
• Work directly or indirectly with customers

Requirements:

• Experience owning product and feature development from ideation to delivery
• Ability to hold a lot of context in your head — there are a lot of moving pieces here to keep in mind
• Exploration, learning, and experimentation are core to your process
• Deep expertise in areas that will level us up
• Curiosity to learn and try a different approach
• Empathy with customers, and care deeply about making them successful
• Team player who can work collaboratively while also being independent
• Desire to shape the future of e-commerce
• Knowledge in TypeScript monorepo
• Experience with frontend technologies such as React, Redux, Material UI, and ReactQuery
• Experience with backend technologies such as Serverless NodeJS, AWS Lambda, MySQL, SQS queues, Dynamo tables, and dockerized lambdas
• Familiarity with analytics tools like AWS Eventbus, Kinesis, Flink, Kafka, and Clickhouse
