- Provide support

Requirements:
- Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Ability to deliver exceptional Customer Experience
- Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines and KPIs in a remote work setting
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic proficiency in using customer service software or CRM tools is a plus
- Additional training or certification in customer service is advantageous
