Jerry.ai is building America’s first and only AI-powered super app to radically simplify car ownership. As a Senior Product Manager on the GarageGuard team, you will own how Jerry reimagines auto repair and maintenance, shaping how drivers discover, diagnose, and resolve car issues.
Responsibilities:
- Drive measurable gains in engagement and user onboards across GarageGuard’s core offerings by crafting friction-free, polished experiences
- Ship 0→1 features to modernize auto care for the average driver
- Uncover key opportunities to increase trust through deep-dive analyses and a first-principles understanding of user behavior
- Thoughtfully employ the latest AI technology to make GarageGuard faster, clearer, and more helpful
- Map end-to-end journeys (from symptom triage to booking a shop) to identify moments of confusion, anxiety, or drop-off
- Conduct insightful user research (qual + quant), rapidly prototype with Design, and translate findings into elegant, shippable solutions; validate with A/B tests and usability studies
- Set a high UX quality bar (clarity, speed, consistency) and partner with Engineering and Design to instrument, measure, and iterate
Requirements:
- Proven consumer product manager: You've spent 5+ years in consumer tech delivering meaningful impact, with experience partnering closely with Product Design/Research and shipping consumer-grade polish on mobile or web
