Accela is an industry leader in government software solutions, and they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a cross-functional marketing initiative. This part-time contract role involves organizing, tracking, and driving project work from kickoff through completion while ensuring alignment across teams and timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a cross-functional marketing project from kickoff through completion, partnering closely with creative leads and key stakeholders
- Audit, organize, and manage updates to a wide range of marketing assets, including the website, sales materials, and social media templates
- Collaborate with internal teams to define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria
- Manage timelines, resources, and workflows
- Track progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues to keep work on schedule
- Maintain clear, consistent communication and alignment across all stakeholders
- Work closely with Accela’s website team to ensure consistency across digital and marketing channels
- Maintain project documentation, reporting, and status updates throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements:
- 5+ years of project management experience, ideally within marketing, creative services, or related environments
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with creative teams and an understanding of marketing and brand workflows
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive projects forward with minimal oversight
