Expert Business Analytics

Gainwell Technologies is a company focused on improving health and well-being through innovative technology solutions. The Expert Business Analytics role involves leading data management initiatives, creating dashboards for decision-making, and ensuring data integrity across systems.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the transition from IOffice (Eptura) and CAD/Office tools to Tango and associated space‑management platforms
• Oversee data migration activities, ensuring accuracy of security data, badge/access data, and positioning/location data
• Manipulate raw data, perform data cleaning, and build dashboards and analytics to support decision‑making
• Work with the Positioning Tool and Tango to support space planning, occupancy updates, and issue resolution
• Approve and validate test results to confirm that all requirements have been met
• Support quality control efforts to ensure smooth deployment and system stability
• Work with multiple stakeholders across departments and levels of the organization
• Build effective relationships and adapt communication style to a variety of personalities and working styles

Requirements:

• 9+ years as a Business Analyst or requirements liaison between technical and non‑technical teams
• Strong Project Management background and experience working with senior leaders (CFO, Veritas, etc.)
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (macros, advanced formulas, data modeling)
• Experience building and interpreting dashboards, analytics, and spreadsheet‑driven insights
• Ability to manipulate and analyze raw data to produce meaningful reports
• Skilled in business process mapping and re‑engineering
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical topics to non‑technical audiences
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a wide range of personalities
