Data Analytics Engineer

As a Data Analytics Engineer specializing in Salesforce analytics, you will design, develop, and maintain analytics capabilities that support real-time decision-making and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize Salesforce analytics components, including dashboards, reports, and in-app analytics tailored to user roles and contexts
• Build and maintain data pipelines, workflows, and recipes to ensure accurate and timely data integration from Salesforce to the enterprise data warehouse
• Leverage Salesforce native tools such as Lightning App Builder, flows, and context services to create dynamic and contextual analytics experiences
• Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to develop reliable, well-documented data pipelines that support governance and quality standards
• Implement governance best practices to maintain data integrity, standardize KPI logic, and build trust in reporting outputs
• Partner with analytics teams to harmonize Salesforce insights with governed Tableau reporting, ensuring consistency and transparency across platforms
• Utilize APIs to deliver personalized, real-time insights that enhance user workflows and decision-making processes
• Promote the reuse of components and templates to improve efficiency and facilitate scalable analytics solutions
• Track work progress using Jira, support prioritization, and maintain clear documentation to ensure disciplined execution and transparency

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Salesforce platforms
• At least 2 years of experience in data engineering, data modeling, data integration, or data warehousing, collaborating effectively with technology partners
• Over 3 years of hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI, or similar technologies
• At least 2 years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Governance frameworks
• Proficiency in SQL or SOQL for data querying and manipulation
