Lead IAM Engineer - SailPoint ISC

Horizontal Talent is seeking a Lead IAM Engineer specializing in complex migrations to the SailPoint Identity Security Cloud. This role combines technical expertise with leadership to innovate identity and access management solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the migration of enterprise applications to the SailPoint ISC platform, ensuring seamless transitions
• Architect and configure secure, robust identity solutions tailored to organizational needs
• Act as the primary resource for resolving technical challenges during migrations and implementations
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to align project objectives and ensure successful integration
• Create and maintain technical documentation, establishing governance best practices
• Uphold a culture of integrity and professionalism, contributing to a positive work environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) with a focus on SailPoint ISC
• Strong track record of leading major migration projects from legacy IAM systems to SailPoint ISC
• Deep understanding of IAM principles, including lifecycle management and access certification
• Holding SailPoint Professional Certifications like the SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer
• Experience with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Knowledge of access governance and regulatory standards like SOX, NIST, or ISO 27001
