Responsibilities:
- Design, operate, and elevate large-scale, mission-critical services
- Translate business, technical, and caregiver needs into resilient, compliant, high-performing service architectures
- Craft and champion standards, engineer service delivery systems end-to-end, and lead the charge in diagnosing and permanently solving disruptions
- Drive innovation through telemetry, automation, lifecycle planning, and cost modeling
- Steer disaster recovery drills and ensure 24x7 uptime
- Mentor teammates and advance IS best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree - Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering -OR- a combination of equivalent education and work experience
- 8 or more years of related experience
- Strong experience in automation, specifically related to deployment, recovery, or other manual processes
- Scripting experience with one of PowerShell, Perl, Ansible, VB Script, Python, SQL
- Strong experience with n-tier solutions
- Strong experience with resilience modeling (failure mode analysis) and ability to simulate service outages for point solutions (automated) and platforms (manually)
- Strong experience influencing engineering team members in translating customer and technical requirements into service architecture to meet Quality of Service Expectations
- Strong experience leading and representing the Service in backlog discussions and standups to establish appropriate prioritization of Live Site requirements
- Strong experience leveraging data and metrics to drive behavior, process, and priority decisions
- Strong experience using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
- Strong experience in advanced problem solving using systematic procedures and investigating problems utilizing root cause analysis
- Master's Degree - Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering -OR- a combination of equivalent education and work experience
- Experience in a Healthcare environment
- 8 or more years of experience with Cisco collaboration technologies and network technologies
- CCIE-Collaboration / Voice certification with DevOps and Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) knowledge
- Oracle SBC design and administration expertise
- Experience with Cisco ISR as a Voice Gateway
- Cisco CUBE proficiency
- Level 3 CUCM Administration experience
- Bulk Administration experience
- Strong knowledge of Cisco FLEX licensing models
- Experience with automation and network device programming
- Python scripting skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- SIP Trunking experience (ISP, Legacy PBX, Avaya, Third-Party)
- PSTN connectivity knowledge
- Quality of Service expertise
- Digit manipulation and dial plan administration
- Advanced network and VoIP troubleshooting abilities
- Experience developing standards
- High-level design experience
