Responsibilities:
- Designing, simulating, and testing digital hardware components in line with project specifications
- Developing digital logic designs
- Implementing them on FPGA or ASIC platforms
- Verifying their functionality through simulation and testing
- Collaborating with software and hardware teams to ensure seamless integration of digital systems
- Troubleshooting and debugging hardware issues
- Optimizing designs for performance and power consumption
- Documenting design processes and results
- Participating in design reviews
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
- Staying updated on emerging digital design trends and technologies to incorporate best practices into our projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Extensive experience in digital circuit design
- FPGA/ASIC development
- Hardware description languages such as VHDL or Verilog
- Strong understanding of digital logic
- Timing analysis
- Verification methodologies
- Familiarity with simulation tools
- Synthesis
- Hardware debugging techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
