They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support project management and operational coordination within the EMCAO program, ensuring alignment with contractual objectives and operational performance standards.
Responsibilities:
- Support overall project management activities across EMCAO task areas
- Coordinate project schedules, work plans, milestones, and deliverables
- Track performance metrics and service level adherence across project service areas
- Facilitate risk identification, issue tracking, and mitigation planning
- Prepare recurring project status reports and briefings for Government stakeholders
- Support configuration, change, and release governance processes to ensure structured service delivery
- Coordinate documentation management and ensure required deliverables are submitted accurately and on time
- Assist in managing high-priority incident communications and stakeholder updates
- Monitor staffing plans, resource allocations, and task assignments to support operational objectives
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend enhancements to project workflows
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant IT experience, including project coordination or project management within enterprise environments
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 or enterprise collaboration initiatives
- Experience tracking schedules, deliverables, risks, and performance metrics
- Familiarity with service level agreements and operational performance management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills suitable for executive and technical audiences
- Strong organizational, analytical, and coordination skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- This position requires U.S. citizenship or Green Card
- Experience working with Federal agencies, particularly the Department of Veterans Affairs, is a plus
- Exposure to large-scale enterprise collaboration or cloud-based service environments
- Project Management Professional (PMP), CAPM, or equivalent certification preferred
