Responsibilities:
- Develop and document safety procedures for chemical equipment operations and reaction processes while ensuring regulatory compliance
- Troubleshoot and provide expert guidance on chemical manufacturing challenges through practical AI model training scenarios
- Monitor, analyze, and interpret experimental and operational data to refine AI system outputs and understanding
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to chemical equipment and processes to optimize efficiency and regulatory adherence
- Design, plan, and review equipment layouts to enhance safety, scalability, and operational efficiency, incorporating insights into AI training datasets
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve communication between domain experts and AI systems
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying gaps in AI knowledge and creating targeted training materials
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or a closely related discipline
- Strong foundation in chemical process engineering, safety standards, and data analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating complex concepts clearly
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and optimize chemical manufacturing systems
- Experience developing or applying safety protocols within chemical environments
- Strong analytical thinking skills with attention to detail and commitment to continuous learning
- Comfortable working in a remote, collaborative environment using digital communication tools
- Experience with AI model training or data-driven initiatives
