As a Technical Project Manager, you will manage CRM integration projects, overseeing everything from project planning to stakeholder communication to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Expertly managing project scheduling and budget planning
- Develop a project plan that meets stakeholders/customers needs and delivers desired outcomes within budget
- Partner with Resource Managers to accurately predict and allocate the necessary resources
- Create and manage a budget that reflects the scope of work and resource requirements
- Streamlined project tracking, reporting, and administration
- Responsible for completing, distributing, and storing all project documentation
- Ensuring timely preparation of briefs and resolving unclear or incomplete situations is your responsibility
- Monitor and provide regular updates to ensure project progress aligns with client goals
- Effective project communication, timeliness, and client satisfaction
- Articulate problems and bring the right people together to solve them with a sense of urgency
- Monitoring communications and ensuring that all client communication is being responded to and dealt with
- Analyze project performance, identify areas for improvement, and effectively communicate and manage project risks
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Science, or similar field
- Mid-level years of experience at a senior level working on systems integrations / CRM implementations projects
- Proficiency in Project Management Methodologies, preferably with formal training
- Experience in a Consultancy, Agency, or Software development organization is highly desirable
