The firm seeks corporate partners or groups with portable books of business who are interested in a platform that supports sophisticated corporate practices and offers real institutional support and cross-selling opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments
• Sponsor-side and company-side private equity transactions
• Capital markets, securities, and public company work
• Fund formation and investment management
• Leveraged finance, private credit, and structured lending
• Venture capital and emerging company financings
• Cross-border and international transactions
• Corporate governance, restructurings, and recapitalizations

Requirements:
