About this role
Sedra Solutions Inc is redefining forensic accounting through AI-native software. The Senior / Mid-Level DevOps Engineer will design and maintain CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure, ensuring security and reliability while collaborating with engineering teams.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain secure, automated CI/CD pipelines and workflows
- Own and optimize cloud infrastructure (preferably GCP, but experience with other major providers welcome) using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Manage GitHub repositories, including access controls, branch policies, and integrations
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting to ensure system reliability and performance
- Apply cloud and infrastructure security best practices aligned with ISO 27001 / SOC 2
- Automate evidence collection and operational tasks to support audits and developer productivity
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers to improve deployment processes and application performance
- Evaluate and recommend emerging tools and practices to improve system reliability and security
Requirements:
- 3–8+ years in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or cloud infrastructure roles
- Hands-on experience with GCP (preferred) or other major cloud providers
- Strong Infrastructure as Code skills (Terraform required)
- CI/CD experience with Cloud Build, GitHub Actions, or equivalent
- Scripting proficiency (Python, Bash, or Go)
- Understanding of cloud security, ISMS policies, and compliance frameworks
- Experience managing Git workflows and repositories in production
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous startup environment
- Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire. We cannot provide visa sponsorship for this role
- Google Cloud certifications (Professional Cloud Architect, Professional DevOps Engineer)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
- Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Agile development exposure
