Project Manager - LMS

IDR, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager - LMS to join one of their top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves planning, coordination, and execution of projects within the Talent Technology portfolio, particularly focusing on enterprise LMS migration initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning, coordination, and execution of projects within the Talent Technology portfolio
• Develops project plans, tasks, and deliverables to ensure timely delivery by technical teams
• Supports enterprise LMS migration initiatives, including evaluation of systems like Workday Learning
• Leads communication efforts during high-priority system incidents, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders
• Collaborates across HR, IT, and business teams to support future platform decisions and complex environment assessments

Requirements:

• 6+ years of project management experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment (large enterprise/professional services)
• 4+ years' experience supporting Workday LMS initiatives
• Experience leading project presentations to key stakeholders
• Experience working across multiple teams and departments
• PMP Certification and Cornerstone experience are preferred
