Pathfinders Executive Search is a data-driven financial intelligence company on a mission to help consumers and professionals make smarter, safer investment decisions. They are seeking a Senior Online Subscription Marketing Manager to accelerate growth for their subscription platform, focusing on strategy and execution across various marketing funnels.
Responsibilities:
- Build and execute plans to increase paid subscribers across acquisition, conversion, activation, retention, and win-back
- Improve key subscription metrics—paywall conversion, checkout performance, onboarding completion, retention, and churn
- Drive new subscriber acquisition through diversified traffic strategies (paid, organic, partnerships, affiliate, email, etc.)
- Partner with copywriters, designers, and developers to launch high-performing landing pages, sales pages, and checkout/cart experiences
- Collaborate with Agile teams (engineering, design, data, marketing) to ship improvements quickly and efficiently
- Run A/B tests and experiments across the funnel—define hypotheses, measure impact, and scale winners
- Use quantitative and qualitative insights to prioritize roadmap improvements and continuously refine growth strategy
- Present performance, learnings, and next-step recommendations clearly to leadership and internal teams
Requirements:
- 5+ years in subscription growth, lifecycle marketing, or product-led subscription marketing (DTC or web subscription experience strongly preferred)
- Proven track record improving conversion rates, onboarding, retention, and churn
- Experience building and optimizing subscription funnel components: paywalls, checkout, upsells, trials, pricing tests
- Strong analytical ability with comfort using data to drive decisions (dashboards, cohorts, conversion analysis, experimentation)
- Experience collaborating across functions (copy, creative, engineering, analytics/data)
- Familiarity with tools like Jira/Confluence, analytics platforms, and experimentation frameworks
- Bonus points for experience in financial services, investing, or market data products
- Bonus points for direct response copy / performance marketing mindset
- Bachelor's degree preferred; certifications (CSPO, PMP) are a plus
