Talent Groups is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support ESG regulation readiness initiatives, including CSRD and other global sustainability disclosure requirements. This highly visible role involves partnering with ESG, Legal, Finance, and business stakeholders to ensure compliance with emerging ESG regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning and execution for ESG regulatory readiness initiatives
- Manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables using project plans and Gantt charts
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across ESG, Legal, Finance, and business teams
- Track progress, identify risks, and ensure regulatory readiness deadlines are met
- Facilitate working sessions and ensure alignment across multiple workstreams
- Prepare executive-level status updates and presentations
- Support policy development, reporting readiness, and ESG compliance initiatives
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in regulated environments
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience creating executive presentations and managing project plans
- PMP certification strongly preferred
- ESG, sustainability, regulatory, or compliance experience is a strong plus
