The Director, Marketing Digital Platform Operations will play a key role in advancing the company's Rewire Marketing approach by developing and executing AI-driven marketing digital platforms and ensuring the integration of innovative digital capabilities across brand teams.
Responsibilities:
- Set the vision, identify and develop innovative digital solutions that enable brand teams to accelerate decision making
- Evolve the Launch Excellence Playbook to integrate additional AI learning skills
- Lead the Launch Excellence operations team to ensure timely onboarding of new brand teams, metric reports
- Evolve the Launch Excellence Playbook to include key analogs based on prior launches, e.g. financial costs for deliverables, best practices across launch scenarios
- Partner with brand leads to source, train and manage leased workers that support the launch management of priority brands
- Manage partner BeeLine that supports leased workers Drive the adoption of SAM Ai across the Commercialization organization
- Develop the cadence of onboarding new brands Evolve SAM AI to continue to elevate the capabilities based on brand team feedback Train, manage the SAM AI Content Managers (4 headcount in addition to 2-4 leased workers) ensuring documents are managed, QCed and meet the established criteria
- Partner with brand teams to understand unmet needs to integrate into future platforms
- Leverage our approved AORs to introduce advanced digital capabilities
