Data Analytics Engineer

As a Data Analytics Engineer specializing in Salesforce analytics, you will develop and enhance analytics capabilities to support decision-making, operational efficiency, and customer experiences, while ensuring seamless data integration and governance standards.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain analytics solutions within Salesforce, including dashboards, reports, and embedded analytics tailored to user roles and contexts
• Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring solutions align with enterprise data strategy and governance standards
• Build and optimize data pipelines, dataflows, and recipes to facilitate seamless data integration from Salesforce into the enterprise data warehouse
• Leverage APIs to deliver personalized insights and enhance real-time decision-making capabilities within Salesforce and other platforms
• Implement governance practices to maintain high data quality, standardize KPI logic, and ensure consistency across reporting platforms
• Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to develop reliable, well-documented data pipelines and support data lineage tracking
• Partner with analytics teams to harmonize Salesforce insights with governed Tableau reporting, promoting reusability and efficiency
• Track work progress using Jira, support prioritization efforts, and foster transparency through comprehensive documentation and disciplined work tracking
• Actively participate in cross-functional meetings, providing technical expertise and insights to stakeholders across the organization

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Salesforce platform, including data management and analytics
• At least 2 years in data engineering, data modeling, data integration, or data warehousing, with proven collaboration with technology partners
• Over 3 years of experience utilizing BI tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI, or similar platforms
• At least 2 years of experience with Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Governance frameworks to ensure data integrity and compliance
• Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL or SOQL queries for data extraction and manipulation
