CROSSMARK is a part of Acosta Group, a leading North American integrated marketing agency. The Customer Success Manager will oversee the delivery of Nest programs and services for key accounts, ensuring account health and driving business growth through effective cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Work with finance to ensure accounts remain up to date, and Credit Memos are processed, terms captured
- Work collaboratively internally and externally to forecast sales, ensure adequate supply for client needs, and develop marketing initiatives
- Work closely with both technical & business resources (internally and externally) to manage program launch and ongoing day to day program management and logistics
- Actively contribute and evolve Nest’s delivery and account management methodology, including processes and documentation
- Develop strong relationships with key clients and coordinate on account plans with sales lead
- Manage key partnerships throughout the lifecycle of the partnership, including upsell and cross-sell
- Ensure partnership is tracking towards goals and resolve program delivery issues in a timely fashion
- Evaluate channel performance weekly and find new opportunities to increase sales
- Drive the launch and delivery of Google Hardware products in a manner that maximizes key promotional drive times

Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Business Data Analytics Preferred
- Master's Degree Preferred
- Five years of experience in a fast-paced environment such as technology, consulting, or a start-up preferably in an engagement/account management role
- Three years of supervisory/management experience
- Account Management experience and strong understanding of two step distribution
- Experience with Tableau, Excel, Salesforce, GSuite
- Consultative and/or Challenger selling experience
- Experience solving challenging commercials issues
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Comfortable with data analysis and problem solving
- Fluency in Google Documents (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Exceptional and proven follow up/follow through
- Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
- Willing to wear multiple hats and eager to do what it takes to get the job done
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Experience presenting, collaborating, and conveying ideas with diverse clients at all levels of their business, including executives
