Data Analytics Engineer

The Data Analytics Engineer will focus on transforming complex business requirements into scalable analytics solutions, enhancing productivity and customer experience while ensuring data governance standards are met.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop analytics solutions within Salesforce using native tools like Lightning App Builder, flows, and context services to create dynamic and contextual dashboards and reports
• Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with governance standards
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, recipes, and integrations to ensure accurate and timely data flow from Salesforce to the enterprise data warehouse
• Leverage APIs to deliver personalized insights and embed analytics into workflows, enabling real-time decision-making and action
• Apply data governance practices to uphold data quality, standardize KPI logic, and build trust in reporting outputs
• Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to ensure reliable, documented data pipelines and support the integration of Salesforce insights with governed Tableau reports
• Create reusable components, track work in Jira, and support prioritization to promote efficiency, transparency, and consistency across platforms
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of solutions, workflows, and data lineage to facilitate ongoing support and enhancements
• Engage with stakeholders across business units to understand needs, gather feedback, and continuously improve analytics capabilities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field
• At least 3 years of experience working with Salesforce platforms
• Minimum of 2 years in data engineering, data modeling, data integration, or data warehousing, with a proven track record of collaborating with technology partners
• Over 3 years of experience utilizing BI tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI, or similar platforms
• At least 2 years of experience in Master Data Management and Data Governance frameworks
• Proficiency in writing and utilizing SQL or SOQL for data extraction and manipulation
