Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer messages within 5 minutes
- Conduct regular check-ins to demonstrate ROI
- Proactively drive product adoption across accounts
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities
- Partner with high-growth companies
- Ensure customer teams clearly understand the value delivered
Requirements:
- Information security audit experience or hands-on experience with SOC 2 / ISO compliance
- Experience handling a high volume of repetitive, ticket-based tasks
- Experience working with startups or high-growth technology companies
